I know that on the web site we have a page called donations - it shows how much money we have raised. Would it be possbile to have a bit about how much we have given away, and to whom? And how about we let organisations know how to approach us for money as well?

hi
the accounts will be presented at the agm as per constitution - but the donations are all shown here and all the sponsership money £26 000 fro m traders goes into the business account and pays for the festival which costs approx £29 000 to stage £5000 events £5000 bands £2000 insurance £7000 marquess £1500 fencing plus things like printing etc
the social mebership has netted £170 but actually costs us money so has ma a loss . Derek is the treasurer and is happy to talk money at any time to anyone. _________________ Barzy |

Thanks Barzy, as the accounts were not published at the last AGM, would it be possible to put them on the web site, so the members can see them. |

Debbie, I have created an extra bit under what was 'Running Total' so it's now 'Running Total and Yearly Accounts'.
The Running Account is still a direct link to the 2009 Donations page on the Website. Under this heading I have posted a topic relating to Yearly Accounts which includes an image of an excel spreadsheet that the Treasurer posted to me today and shows the audited accounts for 2005 to 2008 inclusive.
