This is an extra ride being organised because some of us think Eden is where we ought to be!!!!

Meet at Lee Mill Tesco car park for 10am

I'm booking ahead so we get to park in the coach park nice and near the entrance and I've arranged for us to get use of a left luggage facility for our gear.

Entrance cost is just under £11 if we get 10 or more. So far 9 have booked with me so come on - join in and we will have a good day out together.

Ring or e mail or text me 07929 079084

Laughing Very Happy Laughing
We eventually got under way at 10.30 - ten bikes and 14 people. We won't name the person who kept us waiting but he's a good friend of Colins and rides an Intruder....! Nice to have some new members along - good to ride with you Martin and Sandra! Also to have friends of Wayne and Jo's along - didn't get all the names - sorry.
It was a glorious day, sunny and warm, and Lenny agreed to lead us down as he rides Cornwall a lot and was sure of the route. He showed huge contraint and was very considerate, keeping us all together - thanks pal!
We found the correct place to park after one wrong turn and then the lockers for our gear. Getting in was made very easy and Jo handed out the sticky labels to show we'd paid - said she was "badge monitor"!
The biomes were fantastic and we all enjoyed wandering around, but Lenny found the Rainforest too hot and Debs and I got headaches from the heat in there. After ice cream and lollies a number of us decided to go on to Fowey and it was on the tiny little lanes there that we very nearly got some extra passengers on the bikes. Some people on foot were not ready to make way for the bikes - another version of "sorry mate I didn't see you" Wayne managed to scare one of the shopkeepers with a wonderful backfire, so he got through the crowds without too much trouble!
All in all a very good day, with no upsets and some smashing roads. thanks everyone for making it another success.
Tilla

Gutted that we missed it.we were across the river the other day at polbruan....(avoid at all costs.....involves walking up bloody steep hills to car parks as no vehicles allowed in)
but ..as you will agree.........brakes take priority and the BMW brakes were acting like a pair of lathes!....£60 quid later an few skinned knuckles the pads were removed...........
see ya all wednesday
