Correction - a real cafe for bikers. The real bikers were off doing hundreds of miles to Hog the Bridge! _________________ Ride hard, ride safe

Hmmmm interesting point of view, lets see .....
I got up at 8.30 had a cup of tea and had a lazy start before trundling up to Haldon Grill, bumped into some friends on the way up and rode up together. Met a load of mates where I had a cracking breakfast (in the warm) before retiring to the garden annex for a chin wag, was joined by more mates who we took the piss out of and they did likewise before riding off in the sunshine on a nice coastal route with 12 or 13 bikes (no traffic jams that I remember). Had a pleasant ferry trip before stopping for a 'natural' where more joviality ensued. Lots of cooing over the bikes by members of the public. Stopped in another quaint town for more coffee and more chatting more cooing etc before another cracking ride with lovely coastal views and interesting bends. before returning home for about 4pm, having a had a great day on the bike and looking forward to getting on it again.
or I could have rode 100's of miles got freezing cold to see lots of people I didn't know, got stuck in traffic and ridden home cold tired and thinking that they must have moved Devon further down the M5 than I remember!
Soooo glad i'm not a 'real' biker _________________ Currently on a red Kawasaki VN1500Fi Custom Tourer |

Great pics., great day, great mates, great ride and greaaaaat bladder control by scoobs. Having drunk a bucket of tea and got as far as Torquay before needing a pee is a fantastic achievement! _________________ Shark |
