hi pete thanks for the pics and glad everyone had a good day.
There were 7 bikes and 1 van 15 people. The weather was kind to us and we all enjoyed eating our lunch on the harbour watching the boats come and go at least we got fed this time ( unlike weston!!!!). Everyone had a wander around the town looking in the craftshops etc but surprisingly no one brought anything not even me.
well done to Amber and Chris who were 2 newbees on the ride especially Amber who I raced home at over 90 miles an hour ( she is only 17 yrs old )
Then it was time for home ............and for Joes birthday cake

<cough> we managed to buy something for our lovely daughter who apparently is now a Lifeguard at Newquay (well thats what it says on the sweatshirt)

and by 'race' i'm sure you mean ambled, after all everyone knows those vans only do 70 Wink

of course but you have to remember my van is french so the speedo is in kmh - so that must mean 60 ish !!!!!

I don' think we ought to be congratulating young newbies for racing or breaking the speed limit, certainly not on a public site. Sorry to be critical, but we are supossed to be encouraging responsible biking!
