For sale Honda CBR400RR NC29 Gullarm

Hi I’m selling this as it was for my ex-girlfriend to ride and is no longer needed.
It was bought in April 2002 as a fresh import from Boxhill Motorcycles in Surrey. The bike had done 11,165 km or 6,938 miles when imported. Now it has only 12,850 km or 7,984 miles, so it has done just over 1000 miles in the UK, all of them on dry roads in the summer. I doubt you’d have much luck in finding another one with mileage as low as this. Current and former CBR400 owners keep saying they can’t believe how few miles are on it and how tidy it is. Well it’s not quite in mint condition but it’s pretty damned good.
On the right hand side there is a tiny scuff on the front edge of the exhaust can and the ‘CBR’ and ‘Direct Air Intake’ stickers have a minor scratch each, these can just about be seen in the first photo. There is also a small crack in the fairing just behind the front indicator which has been repaired, but it’s barely noticeable and you can’t even see it in the photos. These are tiny blemishes really, on an otherwise excellent condition bike.
This bike is a dream to ride, it’s so easy to handle which makes it an ideal first big sports bike and I’m told it is faster in the twisties than most of the larger engined bikes. The CBR400 is also popular with shorter riders due to the relatively low seat height, making it suitable even for those around 5 feet tall.
The Moriwaki exhaust can is not a race can, it is baffled and Japan road-legal (equivalent to European standards) but nevertheless it sounds absolutely superb. It’s like any standard factory can at tickover but when you go past 5000 RPM it howls like a race bike all the way to the 14,500 RPM redline.

Enough waffle, here’s the details and check out the pics:
